Jasper’s The Woodlands - Closed Indefinitely
Jasper's is my favorite restaurant in the Woodlands for food. Last time, I had the ahi tuna app and the wedge salad, it was superb. I like thier outdoor patio during the summer and their indoor bar always is a lot of fun.
24 Hour Fitness
24 hour fitness is a nice affordable gym with excellent aerobic classes. If you are looking for a great spin workout I recommend Robin at 5:30 on M, W.
Black Walnut Cafe
Black Walnut Cafe has the best salad menu in the woodlands. If you want to eat healthy but also not feel like you still hungry give this place a shot.
Bikram Yoga The Woodlands
This is a great Bikram Yoga studio. The staff is friendly and helpful. Bikram Yoga is a great way to destress and burn calories. You walk out feeling great!
Kurtz Restaurant
I had a freshly prepared salad with spinach, lettuce, tomatoes, and cucumbers! I had cornbread too, and it was delicious!

Dr Oxnard is wonderful! She is so understanding and listens to your concerns. She has very few appointments open because she's always seeing patients, so try to get in to see her as soon as you can!
